6 effective exercises to get rid of facial fat

Fat accumulation in the face is always a painful thing. Fat accumulation in the lower part of the face, especially in the chin, looks very awkward. The problem is that although fat in other parts of the body can be reduced by dieting, it is not easy to get rid of facial fat. And even if the fat is gone, there is a possibility of sagging facial skin. 

So if you want to remove facial fat and at the same time do not want any changes in the facial skin, you have to do some special exercises. These exercises can easily remove fat from the chin and at the same time the facial skin will be tight.

Exercise-1
We can do this exercise quite easily by raising and lowering our head. Sit straight on a chair and look up at the ceiling above our head and after 4/5 seconds lower your head and look down at the floor. While looking at the floor, try to bring your chin as close to your throat as possible. This exercises the jaw muscles of the face and helps in getting rid of fat.

Exercise-2
We don't have a very good idea about pouting our face, which is commonly called 'duck face'. Many of us make fun of this thing. But this is also a very good exercise. Pout your face and bring your chin as close to your throat as possible. This will exercise your face and remove fat.

Exercise-3:
Make your face round like an 'O'. Just like you make a round face when you give a blowjob. Now stay like this for 20 seconds. After 20 seconds, bring your face back to its normal position. Do this 10 times. This exercises the muscles next to the ears, cheeks and chin. And gets rid of fat.

Exercise-4
This exercise has a very interesting name. The name is 'Kiss the Ceiling'. For this exercise, first raise your face and look at the ceiling. Now make the gesture of giving a kiss. Stay like this for 20 seconds. This exercises the entire face and chin. Do this 10 times a day. The fat will leave behind very quickly.

Exercise-5
Sit up straight. Keep your back completely straight. Now lower your head slightly and look down. In this position, keep rotating your neck from right to left and left to right. Do this for 1 minute 3 times a day. The fat on your throat, chin and neck will go away.

Exercise-6
Lie down on the bed with your back straight. Lie on the bed in such a way that your neck and head are outside the bed. Now try to raise your neck and bring your chin closer to your throat. Do this 3/4 times in one set. You will see that the fat on your jaw is going away very quickly.
